3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. AI-Generated Content

Bizfund uses artificial intelligence to generate grant applications and business plans. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and customizing all AI-generated content before submission. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs.

6. No Guarantee of Funding

Bizfund does not guarantee that you will receive any grant or funding. Grant approval is at the sole discretion of the funding organizations. We provide tools and assistance, but cannot control the outcome of grant applications.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bizfund and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

Bizfund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
